W.G. Waters was enlisted in the 21st Battalion, Georgia June 17, 1862 by Capt. Miller at Savannah. He served with the 21st until early February 1864. He requested a transfer on February 3, 1864 to the 22nd Battalion Artillary. It seems at though the transfer was not processed before the 7th was organized therefore showing on the 7th Roster, Co. B.
