Pvt. Douglass was listed as being present on roll calls through October. In April it was noted that he was due pay for a recruit bounty. In the late fall of '64 he received a clothing issue.

Pvt. Douglass, after going with the 7th to Northern Va., returned to Georgia to get fresh mounts and was captured in December 1864.
